know if you have a special date (birthday,
anniversary) that you would like
your order delivered on.
We most certainly will do our best to meet your desires.
While we cannot
guarantee a delivery date we will do our
best to have it there on the day you choose. We’re not
always able to ensure an exact
delivery date apart from
upgrading your order to UPS NEXT DAY or 2ND DAY
delivery. We will do
all we can to make it happen. Please

* MESSAGE CARDS ~We'll insert one of our colorful café message cards
for
you
with a personalized message with a MAXIMUM of
ten words including your signature. The first five (5) cards
are free and any beyond
the five (5) are $.30 each. And
please feel free to send us your business card
or
printed card and we’ll gladly insert them in with your gift
at no
expense to you.
PLEASE NOTE ~ If you have personalized
cards that are
individualized per each address then there
is a $1.00
per address “coordination” fee.
* WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS ~
If this is your error and it wasn’t caught before
your order was shipped, then UPS
must make the address
correction. We’ll pass the UPS CORRECTION FEE on
to you that we are charged
by UPS.
* LOST OR
STOLEN PACKAGES ~ Royers Round Top Cafe is not responsible for packages
lost or
stolen after delivery confirmation is received from UPS.
We highly recommend
that you notify the recipient of the
delivery date and arrange for someone to
be available
to
receive the order ESPECIALLY SINCE THE PIE IS A
PERISHALBE PRODUCT!
To report lost or damaged
items you MUST contact us within 5 business days from date
of receipt.
* SHIPMENT
DELAYS ~ We are committed to bringing you a quality product shipped in a
timely
manner. However, we are not responsible for delayed
deliveries due to weather or other UPS factors beyond our
control. As a precaution, you may want to allow an extra
day for delivery
to ensure that your package arrives on time.
* REFUNDS ~
We don’t issue refunds. However, a replacement may be issued under
certain
circumstances.
* CANCELLATIONS
~ Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the shipping date.
