We use this in and on most everything we cook in the café & at home! And since it is a secret we really are pushed to tell you what’s in it….

We use this on meats that we roast & use it for seasoning veggies. It is a good old meat rub.

This is the blend of spices that we have been mixing up & serving with the Cafe rolls since day two back in the spring of 1987! This makes more butter than you’ll be able to use but it last a long time.

We’ve been serving this at the cafe with the rolls since day two or three from way back in the spring of 1987. It is really good on vanilla ice cream or right out of the jar with a spoon!

Yes, this is what’s on top of the cafe’s Grilled Pork Tenderloin. Also try it on cream cheese with crackers as a simple dip

Chock full of Texas peaches & pecans. We love to use this as a glaze for poultry or eat it right out of the jar!
