Louise's Herb Butter Mix

This is the blend of spices that we have been mixing up & serving with the Cafe rolls since day two back in the spring of 1987! This makes more butter than you’ll be able to use but it last a long time. Louise Downey, an herbalist that lived in Vermont, blended this mix for us for all these years. When she passed away from cancer in the spring of 2008 we decided to put her name on the menu! NOTE…..this is blended with margarine not butter,  we just couldn’t call it “Herb Margarine.”
